My name is Mark John P. Lado from Colegio de San Antonio de Padua (Guinsay Danao City, Cebu), taking up Bachelor of Science in Information System. I am rendering my internship with a total of 750 hours in Author Solutions Philippines Incorporated.

First and foremost to our Almighty God, thank you for giving me strength in making my dreams possible, for the guidance and good health, for the graces and blessings that help me to perform the task as part of my training.

To my ASPI - OJT Superior Mr. Junard Lacierda, your exact advice and innovate approach have helped me to a great extent to finish my tasks. And also many thanks to my officemates who also given me courage and confidence to able me to perform my tasks very well.

Being a fourth year student of the said school it is a part of our curricula to undergo an On-the-Job-Training. For us to able to expose our ideas, knowledge and theories to the field in which we are going to experience. As part of this training is to come up the actual environment and surrounding which we as students are given an opportunity to apply those ideas, knowledge and skills we have acquired in school. We are trained on how to produce files through MS Excel application as a file tracker. We interns help the team (regular employees) who distributes there e-Books, mostly tasks involving operations and production of e-Books.

As an internee, environmental workplace is one of the biggest impacts. I discovered that even the simplest things on earth could be turned into something amazing if we put enough creativity and effort into working on them. Thank you ASPI for helping my dream, you broad my ideas in excelling the real world. The most obvious thing that I discovered was the advantage of working as part of a group. I learned that good teamwork is the key to success in making the given tasks when time and resources are limited. I learned a lot of things which are very important and it can be use for the future. I believe that in every lesson we learn is another investment to our life in the future.

As everyone had their own point of view, many different ideas could be produced and I found the energy of group participation made me feel more energetic about contributing something. In ASPI, I learned on how to manage the time; a time management. Time management is very important in engaging for success. Sometimes with impromptu tasks given, I did my best just to complete the said task. I learned that every task has its weaknesses and strengths and working with a group can help discover what they are. Generally, the interns seem to have a vital role in the said department for distribution.
