The student will also be able to view a listing of *course descriptions for classes arranged by subject and course levels, such as whether it is a 100, 200, 300, 400 undergraduate and 500-900 graduate level courses. In order to communicate and finalize educational goals, the* Communications and Forms section has important links to items such as* Application for Graduation; a link to *send an email directly to your assigned advisor; *forms for Adult and Graduate Students to view the *cohort registration, *change of program form, *application for readmission, *name/address updates and *leave of absence forms. These forms can be filled out and submitted online in most cases.
