My favorite sport

My name is Helen. I am 13. I live in Moscow. When I was 6 years old my mum took me to the Rhythmic Gymnastics. Ever since I’ve been addicted to the gymnastics.

I want to tell you about my coach. Her name is Olga Nikolaevna Shilova. She was born in Vladimir. At the age of 5 she began to go to the rhythmic gymnastics. She has taken part in numerous events in the individual and in group exercises.

She has become a Bronze medalist at the Vladimir region, a Silver medalist of the Open Championship of Vladimir and participant of regional Championships.At the age of 13 she became a Candidate Master of Sports.

But unfortunately she completed her career as a rhythmic gymnast because of injury legs. And soon she began a career as a coach. In 2003 she became the head-coach of sports club “Moskvich” in rhythmic gymnastics.

I understand that sport keeps us fit and we stay healthy.

She is a teacher who inspired me to love and do such kind of sports.

In addition sport helps to challenge and give chance to acquire self confidence.

It makes us more organized.

I am proud of my coach - Olga Nikolaevna !!!
