Basic Information

One can join as a customer or Family member
Customer get 5% instant profit on every purchase
A Family member can introduce a customer/Familymember and participate in compensation plan
A customer can’t introduce any customer or familymember and can’t participate in the compensationplan
If a customer purchases 1500 MRP products in a singlepurchase or multiple purchase shall become a familymember and participate in compensation plan.
1) Instant Profit Sharing
If a Family Member/Customerpurchases product shall get 5%instant profit share on MRP.
*Other than Instant Profit Share all the payouts are on Net Value (MRP- 15% towards Duties and Taxes).
2)Customer Business/Self purchase incentive
If a Family Member introduce a customer , thecustomer gets 5% instant profit sharing on MRPand the Family member who has introduced thecustomer will get 10% profit sharing fromcustomer business on net value through pay out.
Also customer business volume will be addedto the Family members personal Volume whichwill reflect in FDDP and Family PromotionAwards.
If a Family member purchase products will get5% Instant profit on MRP and rest 10% profitshare on net value will be sent through payout .

6) Royalty
Example :Family RoyaltySay This month company Turn over 5 Crs. 0.5% of this will be distributed among the eligible SFMs and 0.5% among the FFMs
5 Cr X 0.5% = 250000/- Royalty for SFMs
Say there are 5 SFMs in that months ,say every one have same business volume .Now 250000/- will distributed in proportionate to the business
volume of 5 SFMs. Each will get 250000/5=50000/- Royalty monthly
Once eligible for Royalty, it will continue every month in proportionate with the Group volume.
5 Cr X 0.5% = 250000/- Royalty for FFMs
Say there are 2 FFMs in that months ,say every one have same business volume .Now 250000/- will distributed in proportionate to the business
volume of FFMs. Each will get 250000/2=125000/-Approx. Royalty monthly.Once eligible for Royalty, it will continue every month in proportionate with the Group volume.

Family Promotion Bonus Criteria
Available for FP and above.
Calculated on the points earned on the basis of group volume and paid on yearly basis.
The applicable rank will be the one that the member is holding vide FDDP at the closure ofthe year.
In case of a member holding more than single position in the year shall be eligible only ifshe has accumulated the total eligible points, calculated for each such position with theduration in that position.
In case of more than one achiever in the same rank in a single line, the upline is eligiblefor this bonus on the points calculated on his Personal group Business volume (sideVolume)proportionate to that of others in the same line on the points available fordistribution (i.e, the Total bonus amount shall be on the points, that the topmost one inthe same rank is eligible).
In case of a member not reaching the required points per position shall at leastaccumulate 75% of the Required points to be eligible for participation and shall be eligiblefor proportionate accumulated amount of Family Promotion Bonus.
The year is the financial year ( i.e, from every 25th March to next 24th March), commonfor all.

In case FM achieves 75% of the 5515 Points (i.e 4137 shall be eligible for Rs 52,670.00

Below 75% achievement the FM is not eligible For Promotion Bonus.

a) Any FFM generating minimum one down line FFM under him, shall berecognized as Chairman’s Family Silver Member.b) 0.25 % of the total MFB business shall be pooled and divided among suchsilver members in proportion to the group business volume of the immediatedown line FFM.c) Only eligible CFSMs shall share this 0.25%.

him, shall be recognized as Chairman’s Family Gold Member.b) 0.35% of the total MFB volume shall be pooled and divided among suchgold members in proportion to the total group business volume of both theimmediate down line FFMs.c) Only eligible CFGMs shall share this 0.35%.

You will get 1,25,000/- as CFSM Incentive

MFB Incomes Part-II

The objective is to maximize the earning ofFamily members mainly new comers throughexciting Promotions. This is paid every month tothe qualifiers.

Every Month 1% of total Company Turn Over will be kept in a Pool and the amountwill be distributed among the qualifying family members equally.( For only New Family members and eligible for 3 pay out periods from the date of joining )
Qualifying Criteria:

So all the Booster-I qualifiers will get Rs 10000/- each as monthly reward
