My Education Technology since Elementary to College!!

Chalkboard

Chalkboard- a hard or rigid surface made of smooth usually dark substance, used for writing or drawing on with chalk, especially used in teaching.

This instructional material helps me since my pre-school days until now (college). This is where my teachers write our lesson/topic, by means of this, we are able to copy what is the important information.

Chalk- a piece of chalk or a substance like chalk, often colored, used for writing and drawing on a blackboard.This is one of the most

famous instructional material, by the help of this, instead of saying orally our teachers are able to write important information. And another is for the correct spelling of some difficult terminologies specially in science subjects.

BALLPEN

Ballpen- a pen has a small ball as the point of transfer of ink to paperThis material plays a very important role in my student life because I use it everyday in writing assignment, taking down notes, copying and also in drawing.

Notebook- a small book with blank or ruled pages for writing notes in.

This material is one of the most important thing for me being a student because this is where I write our lesson/topic, take down notes. And also responsible for my review in case of exams or quizzes.

BOOKS

Book- is a set of written, printed, illustrated, or blank sheets, made of ink, paper, parchment, or other materials, usually fastened together to hinge at one side. This instructional material serve as my primary source of information since elementary until college. This where I search for my assignments, unknown facts, and also additional information.

CHARTS AND GRAPHS

Charts- is a graphical representation of data, in which the data is represented by symbols, such as bars, in a bar chart, lines in a line chart, or slices in a pie chart. A sheet of information in the form of a table, graph or diagram.

Graphs- is a representation of a set of objects where some pairs of objects are connected by links.

This instructional materials are often used by my mathematics teacher in showing some data, numbers, and records. This helps me for easily understanding about mathematical problems.

DIAGRAM

Diagram- a simplified drawing the appearance, structure, or workings of something; a schematic representation.

This diagram are usually used by my science teacher in showing show parts of our body, and some process occurring in our environment. This helps me in visualizing the lesson/topic since it can not be seen in actual.

SPECIMEN

Specimen- an individual animal, plant, piece of a mineral, etc., used as an example of its species or type for scientific study or display. Being a student, it helps me to familiarize to different species that exist in our ecosystem and learn their way of living by observing their behavior and physical structure.

COMPUTER

Computers- an electronic device for storing and processing data, typically in binary form, according to instructions given to it in variable program.This electronic device

that helps me to do simultaneous tasks including browsing the net, documentation and presentation. Also includes in engaging of an individual in social media, like Facebook, Twitter etc which is a trending in our society.

PowerPoint Presentation- a slide show is a presentation of a series of still images on a projection screen or electronic display device, typically in a prearranged sequence. Each image is usually displayed for at least a few seconds, and sometimes for several minutes, before it is replaced by the next image.

A visual presentation used to present a report or any information to capture the interest of the listener/audience.

PROJETOR

Projector- an object that is used to project rays of light, esp. an apparatus with a system of lenses for projecting slides or film onto a screen.An electronic device that allows a visual presentation to see by the audience in more clear and larger size.
