Working less alone won't help you achieve a sustainablehealthy lifestyle and establishing new daily routines is a pain -it takes discipline! Cooking healthy, meditating and workoutsrequire time that I usually didn't have.

That´s the challenge: Living a sustainable healthy lifestyle thatfits into a busy day. Here's how I started changing unhealthyhabits and integrating the changes into my workday.

Here are three examples of how I deal with thosemoments at work that we all experience.

Aggravated by lack ofprogress with self,others, and project

tasks.

Stuck - not findinga solution to a

problem.

The Positive EffectTo DoSituation

Physically drained due totension (back/neck area),staring at screens & little

time for lunch.

Scanning my body fromhead to toe with a short 5-minute mindfulness

meditation. Then take a 5-minute walk in the fresh air.

Better body awareness.If you practice this for a

short time, you will get abetter sense of when it is

time for a "time-out“.

Listening to classicalmusic for a long time

and not thinking aboutanything else or cookingsomething. It is relaxing.

Exercise patience - letthings develop without

pressing forward toomuch.

Take a short break &focus on another pleasant

task. Then tackle theproblem again - from adifferent perspective.

Letting go ofassumptions,

expectations andlooking at things anew.

Start making the changes you wish to see! You havethe ability to improve your health and wellness,

starting today. You have all of the tools you need tostart consciously improving your health habits and

nutritional intake. Bring your mind and body back intopositive alignment.
