YOUR HELP!
What is My Teaching Philosophy?• I want to be more for my students than one
who just teaches a subject. • I want my students to enjoy the subject I
teach them and relate it to other things they enjoy in life.
• Students will be stimulated in engaging academic subjects that will challenge them and excite them.
• Students will listen to and learn from each other and work together to solve problems.
What are the Classroom Rules? – Authoritative Approach Be Respectful
Respect yourself, others, and your classroom. Greet all guests politely. Listen attentively, track the speaker, wait your turn.
Be Prepared Be ready to learn when class begins. Always pay attention to classroom discussions.
Be Productive Help others. Share ideas. Be active participants in discussions.
What are the Classroom Rules? – Managerial Approach I strongly believe it is vital to establish a system

Once the basic needs of my expectations are met, the students can create their own learning environment
