    Kirbyjon H. Caldwell is the pastor of Windsor Village United Methodist Church inHouston, spiritual home to more than 15,500 members. As pastor, he has implementedmany spiritual, social and economic projects in the community, most recently Pointe2-3-4, a 234-acre mixed-used c ommunity that includes the largest residential developmentconstructed by a nonprot entity in the United States. Mrs.Mayrant assisted in the creation and execution of a one-stop shop customer experience andhas been instrumental in the development of products and services delivered through the

    retail channel. Mrs. Mayrant has served in a number of front line and operational positions withinthe bank to include Branch Management, Reg ional Management, and Compliance Ocer.     Joyce Tyler-Williams, is Sr. Vice President of Community Development for theHouston/Galveston Region of Frost Bank. She is responsible for assessing the credit andbanking needs of Frost Banks trade market with special focus on low/moderate incomeneighborhoods, and individuals, with small, women or minority owned business andassisting the bank in meeting those needs Joyce has been in banking for 31 years. She hasworked in many areas in banking. Joyce serves on the board and committees of various

Her volunteerismincludes: conducting housing seminars, oering nancial education classes on understanding creditand your credit report, budgeting, savings, debt management, predatory lending, and banking. Joycewas recently honored by e Womens Resource of Greater Houston as one of the OutstandingWomen in Banking and Financial Services. A native of Beaumont, Texas Joyce received her bachelor

    LaShica Salter-Velazquez is a human resources and diversity manager with a backgroundin retail and telecommunications. She has a proven track record of success with increasingresponsibilities in human resources management, diversity operations, and leadershipdevelopment training. She is a team leader with collaborative skills and abilities workingwith senior management, peers and colleagues at all levels within an organization. She is a

    strategic leader with great interpersonal and customer service skills.At, Walmart Stores, Inc, LaShica is a market human resource manager with responsibility forseventeen facilities throughout the greater Houston metro area, with a combined population ofapproximately 4,200 salaried and hourly employees.Currently, she sits on the boards for the Houston Area Urban League and the e Ensemble eatre

    of Houston. Mrs. Salter-Velazquez is a past HR Houston board member where she chaired thediversity committee. She is an avid, active supporter of various charities and community basedorganizations.

    Ms. Vincent, joined the FDICs Dallas Community Aairs Program Sta as a CommunityAairs Specialist in January 2007. In this position, she coordinates the eorts of theAlliance for Economic Inclusion, the FDICs initiative to bring the unbanked andunderserved into the nancial mainstream. In November 2007, she was awarded theAlliance for Economic Inclusion Pioneer Award for her work in this area. Prior to 2007,

    Ms. Vincent was a Financial Institution Examiner for 17 years, working in South Texas and EasternOklahoma. An Executive Leadership Program and USDA Graduate School alum, Ms. Vincent hasparticipated in numerous assignments for the FDIC including Special Assistant to the Division ofSupervision and Consumer Protection Director in Washington, Special Assistant to the RegionalDirector in Dallas, Reg ional Recruitment Coordinator, and Acting Supervisory Examiner. Shevolunteers on her own time advising college women about budgeting and business accounting. Ms.

    Vincent holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas. Inher spare time, she can be found playing golf or traveling with her husband, George.
