Custom-built by Maxxwave, this high speed gigabit router is built for performance and is based on industrial strength hardware. By using the latest 7th generation Core™ i7 Kaby Lake technology, we are able to offer unmatched performance with better than ever energy efficiency, and low power consumption. This router comes with a MikroTik VMware OSXi 6.X (free edition) and MikroTik RouterOS CHR P10 (10 Gig) as a VM, however you can use a VM to run Ubuntu, or even Ubiquiti’s UniFi controller. Easy setup allows you to plug it in and start configuring.

Maximized PerformanceEach Gigabit port has its own controller on a PCI-E bus. There is a rear 8x expansion slot inside for additional supported cards like the HotLava 4-Port fiber cards. Additional expansion via a front slot gives you up to 7 additional copper/fiber port combinations. The router comes with 16GB of RAM and runs from a 120GB msata.

Based on the latest Intel C236 chipset, the router has support for 9K jumbo frames, receive-side scaling and checksum offload. The network interface queues are multi-threaded across multiple CPU cores, providing outstanding performance.

The RouterMAXX Vengeance is not your average router. It provides up to 10Gbs of routing capacity with 8 individual integrated cutting-edge Intel gigabit controllers. Topped off with Quad 4.2GHz cores and 16GB of DDR4 RAM — There is no task too demanding for this router. The 1U Rackmount form factor and cloud hosted RouterOS software provides a rich feature set found only on routers costing 5 times as much. MPLS, OSPF, BGP, PPPoE and OpenVPN are some of the features included.
