Christmas Tree Festival News Brett Corder of ‘Corder Budgens’ has offered to sponsor all the 10,000 leaflets for the Christmas Tree Festival this year. This is excellent news, and one of substantial generosity. Thank you!

Flower Festival Fakenham Parish Church 27th September - 1st October. With the publication of the June Beacon we launch the appeal for sponsorship for this year’s Flower Festival. A basic display costs £40, more for larger ones. You can join with other people or make a donation towards the running costs. What ever you choose you will be welcome. Roger Burbidge has forms available or contact the Parish Office or Judith Smyth. Thank you in anticipation.

Diamond Jubilee News - from the Rector The Rector would like to thank everyone for their help in making the Diamond Jubilee celebration in church very special. Everything went well and especial thanks to Chris Brown and all those who provided the music and also to the refreshment team for organising the excellent lunch. A ‘Feast fit for a Queen’ and an occasion to remember. Thank you for the kind letter and emails. Marian also send her thanks - she is looking forward to free prescriptions!
