EMCEE

Our experienced emcee will guide your wedding reception from start to finish and and give it that professional voice.

Included with the emcee service is our assistance in in creating your wedding reception program and script. We will meet with you to find out all of the the intricate details of your reception and create a program timeline script that we’ll follow when we emcee your reception.

It usually takes 2 to 3 meeting to get everything just right, with the last meeting taking place a week before your wedding. This is when all of the final details for your wedding are usually finalized and can be confirmed on your program.

For destination weddings we can do this through email. I always like to meet with my clients before their wedding whenever possible. We would go over the program timeline script to make sure everything is done correctly.

If you’ll be self coordinating your wedding, I highly recommend using our emcee service. I’ll provide you with my years of experience to make reception run smooth and on time!

MUSIC

The most important part of our wedding service is the music. Music Express carries a full line of music from the oldies to the most current hits. If you need a song that we don’t have, we’ll find it and buy it for you.

You can request the music you want to hear. From cocktails, dinner, program to dancing, we’ll play it exactly the way you want it!

A great DJ has the experience and ability to know what music will get people on the dance floor and what will keep them there.

An awesome HYPE MAN on the mic with a commanding voice will take your dance floor to another level! A hype man wi l l increa se your gues t s excitement and be the DJ’s voice to your guests.

The combination of a great DJ and Hype Man will make your reception an epic time to remember!

T H E D J

The wedding ceremony is the s ing le most important part of the wedding process. It needs

to be done right the first time. There are no second takes. This is absolutely the time that only the best will do.

We provide a mic for your officiant as well as music for all parts of your ceremony. We can accommodate string quartets, harpists and live entertainers.

Whenever possible, we attend the wedding ceremony rehearsal to check on the timing and to familiarize ourselves with the ceremony.

CEREMONY MUSIC

Our LED Up-Lighting creates an awesome nightclub lighting atmosphere that just makes you want to dance!

Lighting is the foundation to your venues transformation. It's the most important visual element in a wedding reception. It gives your wedding reception the POP it needs to bring everything to life. It's what makes people say "wow" when they enter for the first time. Between the linens, covers, flowers and music,

UP-LIGHTING SLIDE SHOW

If you need to have your completed slide show at your wedding we can help you with that.

We can play your s l ide show through a tradiditonal projector and screen or large screen HDTV for smaller receptions.

We can either use an mp4 video file or a standard DVD format. We provide all of the cable and hookups. The audio track will be played through our DJ sound system or a remote system whichever is most convenient.

We use a 8 x 6 foot screen with a 2500 lumen projector. Multiple screens can be provided.
