My Responsibilities Planning and Overseeing rehearsals Direct group at rehearsals and live or recorded performances in order to achieve desired effects such as tonal and harmonic balance, dynamics, rhythm, and tempo. Audition and select band members (I feel this will save us time, money & spare us from the stress from unprofessionalism & incompetence which is very common in the Zim music industry) Assign and review work in areas such as arranging, and vocal coaching. Meet with composers to discuss interpretations of their work. Meet with soloists to discuss and prepare for performances Way forward Send me songs Set rehearsal dates & times with soloists and composers to select appropriate keys and basic arrangements (preferably April) Work out an estimate of the total number of hours involved in the project (using the info above and your knowledge of number of songs, soloists etc) Fees $30 per hour
