Irene Higginbotham
“I had a hard time finding a real Biography on Irene Higginbotham. There were conflicting information on her and an Irene Kitchen. I found many websites that said both of these ladies did the song “Good morning Heartbreak”. One woman was an African American and the other was white. I couldn’t find any websites that were credible websites to read on her”

Good Morning Heartache
0:38- The melody in the instruments are consistent and smooth. The vocals in the song are pitchy. The harmony is hard to follow with the vocals being up and down so
often. This does help create the culture in the song.
This song is all about being in the mourn of someone. The composer wrote this song because he was in the mourn of his wife
dying.
