First Flight ExperienceWright Aircraft from the 1899 Kite to the Vin Fiz

I am convinced that human flight is possible and practical.

On December 17, 1903 the Wright Brothers made the first successful flight of a heavier-than-air flying

machine at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, starting the aerial age. The Wright Flyer which was sometimes

known as the Kitty Hawk Flyer, was the product of a sophisticated four-year research and development

program conducted by Wilbur and Orville Wright in Dayton, Ohio and in Kitty Hawk, NC. Their program

established the foundation of aeronautical engineering.

Interactive and Educational DevicesThis full sized replica of the famous B-24 Liberator is a historical interactive built for the Virginia Air and

Space Museum. Featuring a fully detailed nose and fuselage section, it contains a computer controlled

motion platform. This fully-automated attraction continuously cycles a video and surround sound

presentation that is synchronized to the motion platform, taking up to 12 visitors on a simulated

WWII bombing mission to the Ploesti oil refineries. The entire structure, motion platform and computercontroller was designed and built at Arizona Aircraft Replicas facilities in Arizona and the UK.

Educational interactives are the heart of technology based museums. Shown here are examples of typical

units designed for a continued duty cycle. The wind tunnel is a replica of the USS Langley and has a variable

speed fan unit with a scale model Curtiss Hell Diver. Unlike other wind tunnel simulators, this model actually

flies in place and is controlled by a wireless system.

The second interactive called Build a Plane was designed for preschool/grade school students and uses a

touch screen computer system to guide the students through various aspects of aircraft design.

The Wright Problem interactive demonstrates the concept of Wing Warp A critical innovation by the Wright

brothers in controlled flight.

Flight SimulatorsInteractive flight controllers are custom built and available in any flight control configuration. Our patented

mechanical system will interface into a computer through a USB port or connect to a radio transmitter for

the flight control of a UAV or RC model. Cosmetic fiberglass shells are available to match any cockpit layout.

Mission Simulator


A computer controlled motion platform capable of holding up to 14 passengers built inside a replica B 24 Liberator. This fully automatedexperience takes its crew on a mission from Libya to theoil fields in Ploesti Romania. Assessable by wheel chairchair this exhibit operates without the requirement of anattendant or supervision.

Concept to Showcase - SBD DauntlessHigh-quality aircraft replicas can be precision engineered, utilizing information available from the

internet, manufacturers data and direct measurements from surviving examples. Often, our replicas will

incorporate components of the original aircraft. Our Dauntless replica featured authentic Browning .30

caliber machine guns, vintage WWII cockpit instrumentation and parts from Pratt & Whitney.

Concept to Showcase -Wright AircraftNo one has built more Wright aircraft except the Wright brothers themselves. Our replicas can be found in museumsand airports around the world. With exacting precision these replica parts are made directly from documentation fromdocumentation from the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. Hi fidelity static and animated Fliers, gliders and otherearly Wright designs are offered in a variety of sizes from full to 1/24 scales.

Concept to Showcase -Hoover Dam BypassOur production capabilities are not limited to only aircraft and interactive systems. Out door displays and informationalgraphics are also offered. Shown here are a few of the 30 + educational panels we produced for the pedestrian outlookat the new Hoover Dam bypass bridge opened in late 2010. These graphic displays are designed for a useful life over20 years. Tamper proof engineering and consideration for ease of maintenance protect these displays from the extremesof the elements and the rigors of outdoor public areas.

Concept to Showcase -Miniature ModelsWith 17 years modeling experience our group has made thousands of kits and finished models for both private and

and commercial collections. Utilizing our state of the art design and production equipment coupled with our team

of skilled artisans allow us to produce some of the finest miniature scale models available today. Our current database

currently exceeds 5,000 different types from Di Vinci through the latest working and conceptual prototypes. Our

modeling capabilities are not limited to just aircraft. Vehicles, ships and dioramas are available too.

Creation Through Advanced Technology

Our design/build group has invested considerable time and finances to create a state-of-the-art,

computer-operated manufacturing process. By producing our own parts we are able to keep costs down andquality high. Using specialized scanning and graphics equipment, we are able to significantly reduce the

time and labor typically associated with bringing new designs to you. In addition we have had further assistance-

from our friends at Scale Research, Air Age Publications and WWI Aero in providing plans, data and other-

historical documentation, to help to bring you the finest replicas.

Using state-of-the-art CNC driven production equipment the Digital group can make virtually any

part at any size. Each design is individually cut according to the plans. In addition to the laser cut parts

cases we also produce custom fitting and hardware sets specific to your design. These are made using a high

pressure water jet which is capable of cutting over 1 thick steel.

Our production equipment is available for any special project. If it is a simple plans enlargement or a complete

custom manufactured replica you need, we are here to help.

Our production services can produce artifacts from the very small to very large. In addition to completed displays we also offer

and supervision are offered on an as needed hourly basis. These full and very large scale replicas are perfect for a tight budget.

Our CAD driven process allows for highly accurate component production. Coupled with our 2 and 3D design capabilities
