TYPES OF MUSCLES• Smooth muscles is found in the stomach, intestines and the walls of blood

vessels. This type of muscle is involuntary because you cannot control these types of muscles.

• Cardiac Muscles is found in the heart. This is an involuntary type of muscle because you cannot control your heart muscle.

• Skeletal muscles are attached to bone, mostly in the legs, arms, abdomen, chest, and face. This is a voluntary type of muscle because you can control the skeletal muscles.
