Aerobic: Exercise working to increase heart rate.

Example: Running, jogging, biking, rowing, etc

Strain: Muscle or tendon is overstretched

Tear: The muscle or tendon is completely separated from its attachment point

Tendinitis: Inflamed tendons from improper rest and non-repair

Steroids: Make muscles stronger with many side effects.
