• BECHAMEL INGREDIENTS:

• 2 spoons of flour..• Compoonds nutmeg.• Half liter of milk• Some salt.

• 1st- Heat the oil.

• 5th- Fry all 10 minutes.

cover of bechamel.• 7th-Put it in the oven during 30 minutes.
