Considering the lack of meeting places and parks in Budapest and district XI and the place being rich in potentials to accommodiate different functions, the place needs ways to meet peoples needs for meeting places and gatherings, places for events to take place, because the only existing area for events to take place is closed and abandoned.

•  Increase  the  connec,on  to  the  water  with  pathways  and  bridges.  Makes  people  come  really  closer  to  the  water,  the  lake  can  be  place  for  fishing  or  ice  ska,ng  in  the  winter  ,me.  

•  Create  mee,ng  place  for  the  elder  genera,on.  Boule  lanes  and  more  tables  for  chess  games.  

•  Have  an  outdoor  stage  on  the  lake.  Will  make  use  of  the  incredible  space  and  acous,c  on  the  water.  

•  Strength  the  Parks  func,on  as  a  place  of  physical  ac,vi,es,  with  football  fields  and  outdoor  gym,  also  places  for  yoga  and  tai  chi.  Chinese  style!  

•  Create  place  for  markets,  combine  with  farming.  •  Create  a  paved  square  that  will  func,on  as  a  uni,ng  force  in  the  park  and  can  be  a  

democra,c  place  that  people  can  decide  what  kind  of  event  they  want  to  take  place.  

•  Create  an  outdoor  pool  area,  with  a  system  of  channels  that  will  also  work  as  a  place  for  ska,ng  in  the  winter  ,me.  

•  Outdoor  tenniscourt  •  Using  the  topography,  bringing  more  water  element  to  the  park,  crea,ng  canals  

and  water  falls.  •  Provide  people  with  small  rental  boats  on  the  lake,  make  people  use  the  water  

space  more.    

•  Open  an  restaurant  or  a  ruin  bar  in  the  old  outdoor  theater.  Why  not  go  for  a  successful  concept!  

•  Create  walls  for  climbing  in  the  park,  making  the  park  more  adventurous.  •  The  park  of  Park  Cour.  The  park  can  be  the  first(?)  park  that  points  out  to  people  

prac,cing  Park  Cour.    •  Build  saunas  on  the  lake  or  close  to  the  lake  for  people  to  go  swim  in  the  winter  days.  •  The  park  can  be  a  zoo,  accommodate  only  farm-­‐  animals.  Also  for  educa,onal  

purposes,  school  classes  can  com  to  learn  about  animals  and  farming.  •  Rehabilitate  the  vegeta,on  with  more  flowerbed  and  trees.  •  Rehabilitate  the  park  when  it  comes  to  pathways,  equipment  and  furniture,  to  

strengthen  it´s  iden,ty  and  make  it  more  aRrac,ve.  •  Acupuncture!  Work  on  the  park  in  a  more  acupunctural  way,  crea,ng  different  

func,ons  and  rehabilita,on  here  and  there.  •  Park  for  the  younger  popula,on.  Create  a  skate  board  park  in  connec,on  to  the  

playground.  The  park  shall  focus  on  the  younger  popula,on,  also  develop  the  playground.  

•  The  ecologically  and  social  sustainable  park.    The  park  can  be  used  as  a  way  for  the  district  to  be  self-­‐  sufficient.  Helping  people  recycle  their  waste  food.  Built  solar  panels  and  mini  wind  turbines.  The  park  will  unite  the  people  living  close  to  it.  

•  Yoga  park  •  Use  the  old  theater  as  a  play-­‐  ground  for  children.  Rehabilitate  it  and  turn  it  into  a  

fun  playground.  

   

•  Use  the  abandoned  theater  as  a  part  of  the  church  services.  In  the  lake  park  you  can  go  on  outdoor  masses.  

•  Use  the  abandoned  theater  as  a  medita,on  garden.  Here  you  can  go  to  relax  and  escape  the  noise  and  the  stressful  city-­‐  life.  

•  Use  the  theater  as  a  plays  for  chess  tournament.  Also  summer  school  for  children.  •  Get  rid  of  the  walls  to  the  theater  and  fill  it  with  water.  Connect  the  two  lakes  with  a  

waterfall.  •  The  tac,le  park!  In  the  park  people  get  to  use  their  senses  of  touch.  Big  variety  of  

surfaces.  •  The  park  of  senses.  Work  with  smell,  vision,  and  auditory  effects.  Crea,ng  an  exci,ng
