For the above stars – cut out all stars. Glue the large stars to the file folder and attach a small Velcro dot to each.

Use clear contact paper to laminate the small stars and attach the other side of the Velcro dot to them. The kids

will then use the small stars to answer the multiplication facts.

The following grid is for skip counting. Cut it out around the outside and attach a piece of clear contact paper to

the front. Then glue it to the file folder. With dry eraser marker fill in what number you want them to skip count

by and what number you want them to stop at ex. Count by 2’s to 50. The child then can use a dry erase marker

to fill in the grid.

Use the above multiplication facts for the playing cards for the game. You’ll also need to find a dice and a couple of game pieces to play. Each turn draw a card and give the answer for the multiplication fact. If they answer correctly they then roll the dice and move that many spaces. If they answer incorrectly they do not get to move. Also follow the directions on the board for the special spaces. The first one to the finish wins. Cut the cards out along the lines. I suggest using clear contact paper to laminate them so they are more durable. To make this lapbook I glued to file folders together without refolding them. I also added to flaps to the multiplication facts’ side.
