ELECTRICAL & FIBRE OPTIC

The Stator (Inner) section of each Swivel is fixed to the geo-static turntable on the Turret. The Rotor (Outer) sections of the Swivels are fixed to the FPSO / Vessel by Drive Arms, allowing the Rotor to rotate around the central stationary stator. The Swivels are modular in design and can be stacked in order to allow simultaneous fluid paths to be made between the FPSO / Vessel and the Turret.
