They are designed to survey a specific panel of cytokines or chemokines involved in autoimmunity, inflammation, or T cell biology in cell culture supernatant, serum or plasma. Layout of Cataloged ELISArrays（Cat# MEH-004A） : The ELISArray plates are made up of twelve 8-well strips. Each strip is coated with a capture antibody for its target cytokine. One well of each strip is dedicated to the analysis of a single biological sample. You can profile the levels of your twelve target analytes in eight samples per plate with a single ELISArray Kit experiment. Features Components Provided The ELISArray optimization process is demonstrated by the three examples of antibody combinations screened for the IL10 analyte. The antigen standard curves from the best performing capture and detection antibody concentra- tions for three combinations are shown. Only the combination of antibodies B and C passes all three rigorous quality control riteria (Antibody Combination 2). The other two combinations produce too high a background (Combination 1) or a response that is not linear enough (Combination 3). Our assay development team is not dedicated to one antibody supplier. We systematically screen for the best capture and detection antibody pairs available on the market.
