Heavily populated. A MUGGER grabs a WOMAN’S purse.
WOMANHelp! Somebody, that man just stole my purse!
Another MAN looks up to see the Mugger getting away. He tosses his hot dog aside and chases him down.
As if from his old football days, he spear tackles the running man to the ground.
Flips him over, lifts him up and raises a fist when a running figure in the distance catches his eye. It’s the Mugger.
He sheepishly looks back down at the barely conscious JOGGER wearing similar clothes. Everyone glares at the Man.
