INGREDIENTS

•1 skin of lemon.•2 eggs.•170g of milk.•170g of sunflower oil.•270g of flour.•1 sachet of yeast.•200g of sugar.

Put the sugar in a bowl and pulverize it for 20 seconds/ speed 5-10

Add the skin of the lemon and pulverize it for 20 seconds/ speed 5-10

Mix the eggs and stir 2 for minutes/37ºC/speed 5

Put the milk and the oil in a glass. Stir for 10 seconds/ speed 5

Add the flour and the sachet of yeast. Stir for 10 seconds/ speed 3

Put the mass in a mold.

Preheat the oven at 180ºC. Sprinkle the sugar and put the mold in the oven.
