Exhibitor InformationBooth AssignmentsBooth assignments will be assigned based on booth preference designated at the time of registration. Exhibitors may submit booth locationpreferences on the registration form. All e�orts will be made to accommodate these preferences based on availability at the time of registration.

Booth DescriptionsAll booths come with the following standard pieces: 3ft sidewalls, table, chairs, wastebasket and company identification sign. For exact booth specifications see booth packages located on the floor plan page.

Setup/Tear DownExhibitors may start setting up on Tuesday, March 19th from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All exhibitors MUST be set up by 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20th. Tear down will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21st. [email protected] for more information or special accommodations. *Times are subject to change. Graphics All graphic files must be received by March 1st. Print graphic specifics- No bleeds, high resolution jpeg files with 150 dpi at 100% size as well as the origianl vector file at actual size. All fonts must be outlined and images embeded.

Cancellation/Refunds Requests for cancellation, must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] No refunds will be made on or after February 1st. Midwest University reserves the right to fill any unoccupied space at the opening of the exhibit hall.

UtilitiesAV, Electricity and Internet can be ordered on the registration form. All requests MUST be received by March 1st. All pricing is for the duration of the conference. AV-32” & 42” monitors with either table or floor stand are available to rent.

Electricity Standard connections are 120 volt/20amp/ single phase. For Plati-num booth, electricity is included. Standard booths must purchase it on the registration form. Additional electrical is available to purchase contact [email protected] for more information.

Hotel A block of rooms have been reserved at Mystic Lake Hotel & Casino. The single/double per-room rate is $114 a night. Reservations can be made by either online at or calling the hotel at 952-445-9000 or toll free at 800-262-7799 and asking forReservations. Be sure to mention Midwest University when calling reservations.

Liability It is expressly understood and agreed by the signing of the contract that the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of the injury or damage to an exhibitor's display, equipment and other peoples property brought onto the premises of the Mystic Lake Center, and shall hold harmless Midwest University, and the Mystic Lake Center, as well as their agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
