It’s Showtime!

With show stopping red carpet arrivals, the 2015 MTV European Music Awards descended at Milan’s Mediolanum Forum on Sunday, Oct. 25.

Being held in fashion capital of the world (Milan), this gala was anything, but uneventful. In fact, their star-studded event featured some serious glamour looks, which left us incomplete awe. Except for some unexpected spills, the MTV EMA red carpet proved to be an inspiration source for upcoming holiday parties.

All black was a consistent theme. From sexy dresses to smoky makeup to stylish footwear, including jewelry was in tonal black. Celebrities from show’s co-host Ruby Rose to nominees Tori Kelly and guests Vicky Pattison, all kicked off tonight with a bang in black.

Moreover, on looking celebrities looked highly inspired by Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie’s thigh high slit. We noticed either plunge neckline or thigh high slit, but the red carpet on Sunday sported plenty of these two sassy styles clubbed together. Most star entrances showed significant skin, revealing necklines and thigh high slits.

As Master of Ceremony, Ruby had a stream of outfit changes throughout her role. However, she nailed the event since beginning. The ‘Orange is a New Black’ star arrived at red carpet in a velvet black plunging suit with a pair of skin fit trousers. Her glittering diamond jewelry added just the right amount of sparkle to her tailor-made Armani suit.

If you want to know how to look relax and sexy in a LBD, take notes from Tori Kelly. The songstress was an ‘apple of eyes’ at red carpet in her frilled shoulder little black dress. She completed her look with some black gemstone jewelry and gladiator style sandals. Her signature curls brushed to side reminded of Madonna’s 80’s hairstyle.

Hailey Baldwin

Another LBD, Model Hailey Baldwin looked sexy as soon as she stepped right off the runway. The sheer panel dress with flower print and rope detailing was fabulous. Her black midi rings were perfect accessory statements for a tonal dress up.

Vicky Pattison

The reality star was red carpet ready in a figure hugging black number from House of CB. With a slit and a lace plunge neckline, her dress was enough to start a sparkling conversation. Vicky exactly knew power of her dress, so confidently walking without jewelry.

Shay Mitchell

The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ star dressed like an Egyptian Goddess for MTV EMAs. Her all-white dress with silver lace and full sleeves revealed a plunge and slit, but remaining classy enough to receive major accolades. We love this choker style, which looked cool as an accessory.

Ashley Benson

Sticking to color code of the day and contrasting Shay’s white look for a lovely monochrome glam, Ashley Benson of ‘Pretty Little Liars’ was a beauty in black to admire and follow. Her dazzling sheer black dress with black coat was mesmerizing and this actor nailed the one-earring trend with an elongated diamond sparkler.
