Radio Programming

Programming MTS2000 Radios

1) Open

2) Open desired

CodePlug

3) Click on:

Tools>>Cloning>>Clone Radio

4) Click on

5) Choose Com Port that Rib Cable is connected to

6) Watch for the serial number to change

7) Click on

8) When you get the “Write Successful” widow Click on OK , Radio is now programmed.

Programming CM200 Radios

1) Put Toggle on Rib Cable in CPS position

2) Open 3) Click on: Edit>>Preferences… 4) Choose Com Port that Rib Cable is connected to

5) Open desired CodePlug

(Remember High Power Codeplugs CANNOT be

Used with a standard MOSCAD-L Power Supply)

6) Click on Device>>Clone or use the button

6) CPS will read the current CodePlug

8) Depending on the firmware in the radio, you may get this message, Click YES

9) CPS will write to the Radio

10) When you get the “Cloning the Radio was successful” widow, Click on OK . Radio is now programmed.
