Projects Description:

Project 1: Yaveo

Yaveo is the Media and Entertainment application, This application is developed in iOS, Android and web platforms. This application can be configured by back end configuration called “App Grid”. This application is developed for iOS 6 and 7 for iPhone and iPad.

This application allows user to select multiple options to explore different media content like Home consists of the On demand Tv shows and Movie shows, Live will be talking you to current live content which also consists of EPG where the user can select the data and check the programs of the selected date. This application is available in multiple languages like English and Spanish.

The user can enter in to the application using his/her social logins like Facebook or Twitter. This application uses REST API to fetch the data.

Project 2: Onyx

Onyx is a mobile application for an IPTV service. This app is developed both in iOS and Android platforms, with my contributions in iOS. For iOS, it supports versions starting from 4.6 for iPhone, iPad and iPadMini.

Major features of the app include:• Browsing On-Demand movie listing through various categories.• Renting, Downloading, Streaming and playing On-Demand Movies.• Browsing TV guide – which extends to 14 days.• Allows user to schedule, monitor and alter recording of TV programs.• App uses REST API for making the web service calls.• Allows user to use TV remote functionality from within the app.

Project 3: Hump Club

Hump Club is a mobile application app which is developed in iOS and Android . For iOS, it supports versions starting from 6.1 for iPhone. Thirsty Camel is basically an Australian liquor company which sells drinks to different stores.

The objective of this application is to enable the users to use the Thisty Camel website through their mobile. The users can also save the offer vouchers given by the Thirsty Camel Corporation locally in their mobiles and can redeem them before they get expired.

The application takes the advantage of the iPhone’s GPS and sorts the stores where the Thirsty Camel drinks are available based on the distance to the user’s current location. User can select the store and can get directions to that store.

User can even register to the Thirsty Camel Website through the App.

Major features of the app include:

Google Maps for showing the location of the stores nearby to the user. The feature to store the bar-coded voucher(offer voucher) that can be redeemed by the

user.

Project 4: Close To You

The ‘Close To You’ application provides a medium for the user to check for places (like ATMs, schools, parks, Movie Theatres, etc.) surrounding the user’s current location.

The user can select any place he/she would like to check. User will get all the list of selected places and also their respective distances (in Km) to his current location where the nearest being the first in the list.

If he/she selects a specific Place, the map containing the Selected Place location and the user’s current location are shown.

When the user is in the page, where the map of the ATM (that is selected) is shown, he has the choice to intimate his friends about his location through a message. He can also share his location details through Facebook, Twitter or Mail. He even has the option to call the bank of that specific ATM. The same features are available for all the rest of the places.

This application is more helpful for the users when they visit places that they have never been to.

Project 5: netproofer

“The netproofer app developed for Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Router owners empowers users to restrict the access of specific websites on their home network.”

The process of intricate Internet browsing settings and router configurations has simplified into netproofer, a user-friendly mobile application that controls your Internet router and connected devices URL accessibility with a simple touch.

Project 7: MyWHealth

More than an app, MyWhealth is a health tracker in day-to-day life; the idea is to keep a health record of whole family at one place. Apart from showing the data in Alpha-Numeric format, MyWhealth also shows the reports as graphical charts in multiple formats. You just enter your data and we will take care of the rest.

Project 8: Baby Immune

Baby Immune is about Baby vaccination, the main idea is to show the users the information about vaccination due dates of their baby. User can add multiple babies and can set alerts according for each baby; alerts can be set in 2 different ways,

Alert in Calendar (An event will be added in default calendar) Alert as Notification (based on time set by the user)

User need to enter their baby “Birth date”, “Ethnicity” and provide additional information like baby name, birth time, weight, height, head circumference. Based on baby birth date and Ethnicity we will be showing vaccine due dates and vaccine info.User can add reports about their baby vaccination and can send reports as E-mail or generate as PDF file and send E-mail for your future reference.

I Analyzed complexities of application and then took care of the code that I implemented by writing test cases so as to avoid breaking functionalities around it.

For maintaining the code quality I always make sure to handle most generic exceptions that are thrown out from the application.

I always make sure to write the code in human readable format like writing the variable and method names according to the requirement and also write code comments for each class and method to generate the code documentation.
