How can I ensure my drivers are driving safely?MTData’s driver tablet solution Talon, delivers audible and visual alerts for nominated safe driving practices while they continue to focus on the road. This user-friendly tool includes the proactive Driver Fatigue Module empowering drivers to take the breaks required to prevent breaches from occurring.

Integrated Mobile Digital Video Recording (MDVR) can be used to protect your people on-road and in-house and can be used to assist with internal and external investigations in the event of an incident.

Drivers also complete a Pre-Start Questionnaire and Fit For Duty declaration to ensure that both, the vehicle and driver are ready for work. Two-way communication using Australia’s largest telecommunication network to receive important updates. There is even a Duress Switch option to signal the need for assistance by emergency services or base operations.

How do I ensure our contracts are fulfilled and exceptions are reported?Integrate with Transport Management Systems to identify whether the job was Delivered In Full and On Time (DIFOT). Record exceptions to the contract automatically via electronic inputs or from manual entry by the driver. Collect and send Proof of Delivery (POD) to support immediate invoicing. Use Waypoints and Geofences to highlight activities within destinations such as depots, allowing you to track time on site, delays and departure times.
