As a follow-up to the July 23 meeting, we will discuss the following questions:
● How will the launch of MTEOR-Local Mailer affect the delivery of equipment for Mailers on a star route?
● If an order is cancelled due to transportation issues how will the Mailer be notified?
● How do you change your BSA in MTEOR?

Star Route and Cancelled Orders
How will the launch of MTEOR-Local Mailer affect the delivery of equipment for Mailers on a star route?
● MTEOR Phase 2a does not change current transportation.
If an order is cancelled due to transportation issues how will the Mailer be notified?
● There is currently no notification feature in MTEOR. You will be able to keep track of the status of your orders by logging into MTEOR and reviewing your Order Status History.
