Question No. 1: For Section 2: Cables To Go, Line 8, PN: 31208 qty 19, there is no such part number in C2G’s catalog. Based on the description, did you mean PN: 00901 instead?
Response: For section 2: Cable to Go, 5ft Molded shielded patch Cable – Purple,
should be part number 00901, not 31208. Question No. 2: Are bidders required to respond to all equipment sections (1-13) of this
opportunity? Response: The District reserves the right to award on a section by section basis. It is
not required to respond to all equipment sections. Question No. 3: Can you also please clarify that the logo for the Marshall lecterns should
be in color? Response: Yes, the logo on section 8: Marshall Lecterns should be in color.
Question No. 4: For the Scala section, Scala says they need the serial number for your network in order to provide a quote. Could you please provide that to me? Or is this for something new?
Response: Product: Content Manager Serial number: HSPC-WBOC-103C-DE39-1196 Scala Maintenance Coverage: 31-Oct-2015 (79 days remaining) Question No. 5: What is the anticipated delivery and installation time frame for the
equipment requested in this opportunity? Response: Anticipated date for installation is January 4, 2016. Question No. 6: Section 11: Samsung. The D series, in other words all of the monitors
listed, have been discontinued and replaced with the E series. Today I can still get pricing on the D series but by the time that the quote is due and deliveries will happen the D series will NOT be available. Will this change?
