MSBOA / MYAF Concerto Finalists MSBOA is pleased to announce the finalists for the 2018 Concerto Competition held at Central Michigan University on Friday, April 6.

Concert on Friday, May 11, 2018 in Miller Auditorium on the campus of Western Michigan University accompanied by the Detroit Symphony Youth Orchestra conducted by Oriol Sans.

The MSBOA/MYAF Selection Committee listened to and evaluated 74 ensembles that were

nominated by the State Solo & Ensemble Festival Adjudicators and then submitted audition

recordings. The following ensembles were selected to represent MSBOA at the Michigan Youth Arts
