STEP 1 – FORMAT 1st

PAGE AS PAGE 2

Choose Menu:

• Insert

• Page Number

• Format Page Numbers

• Select Start At:

• Change to 2

• Click OK

STEP 2 – INSERT THE CODE

• Double-click anywhere at footer or header

• Insert this code

• {} must not be typed. The symbol must be inserted by pressing keys

CTRL and F9 together

• The rest of the code can be typed

• Movement to left or right can be done using arrow or mouse

• Position appropriately (left, right or centre)

• Once done, save your document. Print view the outcome.
