Mrs. S-D proudly says she bleeds maroon and orange, the colors of this college founded in 1872 where she got her undergraduate degree.

In order to become a teacher, Mrs. Smith-Delss attended Boston College to get her M.Ed. – those letters stand for this degree.

Because of the diverse population of her previous school, Mrs. Smith-Delss studied for her certification in ESL at SJU. That’s not a foreign language, just acronyms that mean this.

Mrs. S-D has 2 amazing sons and a wonderful husband. We like to go hiking, camping and this activity invented by Inuits using whale bones and stretched animal skins. (Ours is made out of plastic!)
