Executive SearchAs headhunting specialists we do not just target candidates who are already on the market. We proactively identify professionals who are “passive” (not actively seeking a new role) but fit a client’s requirements exactly. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)MRL is experienced in the provision of end-to-end Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) projects tailored to fit your business. We do this by making corporate donations to the cause, spon-soring employees fund raising activities and also by granting every MRL employee paid leave each year to prepare for, undertake or recover from fundraising activities on behalf of our nominated causes.

The causes we support are the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton (The Alex) and the Trevor Mann Baby Unit (TMBU) at the Royal Sussex County Hospital - we support these through the Rockinghorse Children’s Charity.

Rockinghorse was originally established in 1967 to raise funds to buy specialist baby equipment for The Alex, TMBU and other children’s hospitals in the South East of England.
