DISCOVERY OF ABNORMALITIES THAT MIGHT BE OBSCURED BY BONE WITH OTHER IMAGING METHODS.
THE CONTRAST MATERIAL USED IN MRI EXAMS IS LESS LIKELY TO PRODUCE AN ALLERGIC REACTION THAN THE IODINE-BASED CONTRAST MATERIALS
