Some  neuro  q-­‐    -­‐-­‐-­‐man  with  some  eye  sign  .  Diplopia-­‐-­‐o/e  3rd  n  6th  CN  palsy  with  forehead  paraesthesia  -­‐  the  ans  will  be  cavernous  sinus  lession  but  i  put  something  else  .  Same  que  is  in  passmedicine.
