Mr. Segui has a B.S. in Professional Administration. He holds a State of Florida “C” wastewater treatment operator license. He has been employed by the Utility since 1996.

• Water Distribution & Wastewater Collection (D&C)

As part of this large division, Mr. Segui also oversees inflow and infiltration, lift s t a t i o n s , m e t e r r e a d e r s , s e w e r i n s t a l l a t i o n , s e w e r p r e v e n t a t i v e maintenance, water installation, and water preventative maintenance.

Mr. Segui is a member of the Florida Water and Pollution Control Operator’s Association (F.W.&P.C.O.A.).
