Did you know that November is National Inspirational Role Models Month? Back in 2005 the

month of November received this distinction. Since being both an inspiration and a role model to others is such an important part of the Enagic business, we thought it would be nice to

share this information. This month reach out and thank those who have inspired you or served

as your role model. And beyond thanking others, take a moment and really consider who

YOU are inspiring and who looks to YOU as a role model! See if you can do that little bit extra

this month to inspire someone else to want to do and achieve great things!

If you have been using the excitement and momentum created from the Enagic 2016 Global

Convention to build your business, then keeping that excitement going to end out the year strong

should be pretty easy. Remember, the Convention was put on as a way to allow Enagic distributors from all over the world to connect with each other, exchange ideas and business

strategies and to set into motion the momentum needed to end the year strong!

It is important that distributors use the power and excitement of the Convention to continue to

build momentum. If you were there, then you know the energy that was in the room when 4,000+ excited distributors spent two full days celebrating Enagic and Kangen Water. Let that

energy continue to surge through you and let it motivate you to keep sharing and working!

Schedule as many meetings and one-on-one’s as you can. Remember, YOU attended the

biggest, most powerful event in the history of this company, so you need to let the excitement, energy and momentum of the event carry you through the end of the year. Put the pedal to the

metal and commit to an All Out Massive Action (A.O.M.A.) Plan. Keep implementing things you

learned at the trainings. Put into action things you learned by speaking with other distributors. In

short, don’t let the momentum of the event fizzle!! Keeping the energy alive is up to you…keep it alive by taking action RIGHT NOW!!

Take the next 60 days and really focus. We are in the 4th Quarter and entering the holiday

season. The time to put your efforts into overdrive is RIGHT NOW!! Gather your team

members, talk about your year end goals and make a solid game plan of how you will work together to make the rest of 2016 and the start of 2017 absolutely incredible!

At this time of year it is essential that we take care of our immune system, as many of us will be

exposed to a variety of seasonal issues, like colds or the flu. We will be seeing more people and going to more public places, like the mall to do seasonal shopping, so start preparing now to fend

off these holiday bugs. The immune system is unlike any other system within our bodies with a

complex interaction between several glands, proteins, tissues, chemical compounds, hormones

and gut bacteria. These interactions are all involved to help achieve optimal immunity and in its

simplistic form, the immune system comprises specialized white blood cells, which learn what belongs to the body and what does not. Dehydration can be a major contributing factor to a

compromised immune system, so be sure to drink enough Kangen Water every day. The role of

the immune system is to protect the body against many pathogenic bacteria and viruses on an

ongoing basis. Any organism that attacks our system will cause infection and disease; it is the

optimal working of the immune system that helps destroy these organisms in order to prevent any further damage and infection. In order to keep your immune system in top working condition,

drink plenty of Kangen Water, but also consider increasing the number of UKON supplements

you are taking each day. If you are taking 3 capsules per day, increase it to five; if you are

taking five, increase it to eight. By increasing the number of capsules you take each day you are

giving your immune system an extra boost, helping keep you healthy and happy!

In the America, November represents the beginning of the holiday

cooking season, a time when culinary professionals, amateurs andeveryone else in between, will head to the kitchen to try to create the

most delicious and memorable holiday dishes. The 2.5 pH Strong

Acidic Water and the 11.5 pH Strong Kangen Water are excellent

choices to help keep a clean and chemical free kitchen while these epicurean delights are being prepared. The 2.5 pH Strong Acidic

Water has disinfecting properties and can be used to sanitize kitchen

utensils, cutting boards and to clean and disinfect in and around the

entire kitchen. The 11.5 pH Strong Kangen Water can be used for

cleaning and food preparation. It will remove rawness from vegetables, such as green onions, and is great for cleaning oil and

tough grime from vents, as well as for general cleaning in the kitchen.

Simply Delicious Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients:1 8 – 12 oz bag / box unseasoned stuffing bread(Cornbread, Sourdough, Gluten-Free, etc.)

1 tbsp. olive oil & 2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 medium carrots, diced

2 medium stalks celery, diced

1 medium onion, diced½ c. fresh parsley leaves

¾ tsp. poultry seasoning

salt and pepper

1 large egg, beaten1½ c. chicken or vegetable broth

1 c. Kangen Water 9.5

Directions:Preheat over to 325 degrees. Clean all of the fresh produce with 11.5 pH Strong Kangen Water, then with 2.5 pH Strong Acidic Water, followed by a 9.5 pH Kangen Water rinse. Grease

shallow 3 1/2-quart baking dish; set aside. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium 1

minute. Add carrots, celery, and onion, and cook about 12 minutes or until vegetables are

tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from heat; stir in butter,

parsley, poultry seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Place bread into a very large bowl. Add broth, Kangen Water, egg and the vegetable mixture to

bread in bowl; mix until liquid is absorbed. If mixture seems dry, add more Kangen Water.

Spoon stuffing into baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake

15 to 20 minutes longer or until heated through and lightly browned on top. Serve hot.
