    ", #uring the disciplinar' process % asked on numerous

    occasions for a cop' of the documents listed a*o.e *ut to

    date % still ha.e not recei.ed an' of them$ on the !)th

    ofAugust during m' return to &ork %nter.ie& % again raised

    the issue of m' missing documents &ith , % &ould also like to *ring to 'our attention that % kno&

    other mem*ers of the ?lasgo& team ha.e not signed ke's

    out on Occasions *ut it seems that % am the onl' person in

    the team &ho has *een disciplined for not carr'ing out the

    process,

    a, #uring the /nal stage of the disciplinar' procedure it &as put to

    that if 4 % accepted a .acant position *ased at ?lasgo& Airport$

    on lo&er salar'$ alternating shift pattern that % &ould recei.e no

    sanction5 (inal Written Warning7 *ut if % did not accept this

    position and % return to m' normal location in ?lasgo& +it' then

    there &ould *e a sanction (inal Written Warning7, % /nd this

    unaccepta*le that there is t&o outcomes to the disciplinar'

    procedure depending on &hich course of action % took$

    *, % &ould also like to appeal on the procedure of the /nal

    disciplinar' meeting as % feel that +aroline had alread' made her

    decision *efore the meeting &as started$ there &as no

    ad@ournment during the procedure after % had gi.en all m'
