I am appealing the decision on the following grounds. a. I feel that a Final Written Warning is too harsh for the oence. b. It was s tated at the di scipl inary h earing t hat I ha d alre ady received a written warning on the 19 th  December 21!" I did indeed attend a disciplinary meeting in December but as far as I was aware I was not given any written con#rmation of any warning" if I was given a warning then I would li$e to see proof of the con#rmation letter as I never received a letter and assumed that I was not given any sanction due to not receiving a letter which I assume is the standard procedure. c. I would l i$e t o bring to your attention th e length of time t he whole process from me being suspended on the 11 th  of %uly 21& until the #nal disciplinary hearing on the 19 th  of 'ugust 21& which I found to be very stressful and unnecessarily prolonged. During this prolonged period I should have been on two wee$s annual holiday" however due to me being informed by letter that I had to be available at very short notice to attend any company disciplinary meeting my family suered as I could not proceed on holiday and we l ost out #nancially as we had famil y tic$et(s to )lac$pool *leasure )each" and the )lac$pool +oo" I can produce the tic$ets if re,uired. d. I was disciplined on a failure of not c arry ing out a pr ocess" I #nd this being a case of -double standards for the following reasons. 1. I have n ot had a *ers onal Dev elopme nt *lan fo r well ov er a year /a c ompany pr ocess0 2. I hav e not g ot an amended contr act for the r oll I was doing whilst I was disciplined" I have been in my new roll since 'ugust 21!. !. I have n ot re ceived a new %ob o ll *r o#le whe n I moved from the position of eam 3eader to 4ash oom 5upervisor. &. During the disciplinary process I as$ ed on numerous occasions for a copy of the documents listed above but to date I still have not received any of them" on the 19 th  of 'ugust during my return to wor$ Interview I again raised

the issue of my missing documents with 6evin obertsonmy 4luster 7anager who informed me that he wouldcontact 8 department and at this stage I still have notbeen furnished with a copy of the documents.

I also as$ed 4aroline to furnish me with a copy of all thesuspension meeting and disciplinary meeting notes" I wasinformed that they would not be given to me as they were7anagement notes" I would li$e an e planation on the reason Iwas made to sign the notes. I have consulted with '4'5 andthey have con#rmed that I am entitled to a copy of all notesta$en during the meetings.

:. I would also li$e to bring to your attention that I $nowother members of the ;lasgow team have not signed $eysout on <ccasions but it seems that I am the only person inthe team who has been disciplined for not carrying out theprocess.

a. During the #nal stage of the disciplinary procedure it was put tothat if - I accepted a vacant position based at ;lasgow 'irport"on lower salary" alternating shift pattern that I would receive nosanction /Final Written Warning0 but if I did not accept thisposition and I return to my normal location in ;lasgow 4ity then

there would be a sanction /Final Written Warning0. I #nd thisunacceptable that there is two outcomes to the disciplinaryprocedure depending on which course of action I too$"

b. I would also li$e to appeal on the procedure of the #naldisciplinary meeting as I feel that 4aroline had already made herdecision before the meeting was started" there was noad=ournment during the procedure after I had given all myreasons and evidence to give proper consideration.
