The Talent Enterprise is a premier ‘Think’ and ‘Do’ tank dedicated to

the advancement of human capital.

We focus exclusively on employability, talent, assessment and

leadership opportunities, with a key emphasis on developing

national talent.

We partner closely with policy-makers, employers and educational

institutions seeking to get the best out of their people and

organisations.

As an inter-disciplinary, multi-lingual team of professionals, our team

has diverse backgrounds and expertise in HR, leadership,

psychology, research and statistics, psychometrics, behavioural

economics and education.

We build regional solutions. As an example, we have developed the

region’s first suite of psychometric tools through a process of

extensive research and validation in collaboration with our research

advisor from Stanford University in the US.

We have also developed a series of behavioural change programs

based on positive psychology and positive education to focus on

developing key aspects of human capital such as resilience, grit,

mindset and self-efficacy amongst the region’s workforce.

being across the world. Data on the scale was collected from students in January prior

to the commencement of the program in January 2016 and then on completion of the

program in March 2016. Statistically significant differences have been established in the

pre and post assessment, with students reporting higher scores on 5 of the 8 questions
