In 2011 Marchand Petit decided to venture west over the border from Devon into the South East corner of Cornwall to the area known locally as The Rame Peninsula. Just a stones throw across the water from the bustling naval city of Plymouth, you could never imagine such a peaceful stretch of coastal countryside exists so close at hand.

In charge of this new foray, with extensive experience in sales negotiation and the new homes market, is Sandy Lush. Having been employed by Marchand Petit within the Newton Ferrers branch, but living in Saltash, Sandy knew the Rame Peninsula well and having identified the lack of a strong upmarket independent agent in the area, approached Marcus Lucock, Managing Director of Marchand Petit, to enquire if he would be interested

As instructions within the area began to increase, display boards in the village of Kingsand were secured on which to promote the company and the property available. This was the beginning of a future franchise opportunity both for Sandy and Marchand Petit.
