    MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDINGBETWEENSOUTHWEST REGIONAL COUNCIL OF CARPENTERSand theWESTERN WALL AND CEILING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION2007 - 2012 MASTER LABOR AGREEMENTThe Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters and the Western Wall and CeilingContractors agree to amend and extend the Master Labor Agreement dated July 1, 2007, asfollows (redlined language is added, language struck out is deleted):

    1. Amend Section 5, paragraph 501 and any Appendices where appropriate to reflect thefollowing changes which defer a portion of the negotiated wage increase and extendthe Agreement:

    2. Change Section XXII and throughout where appropriate to reflect an extension of theMaster Labor Agreement through June 30, 2013.

    Effective Date and Termination2200. This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2007, and shall remain in full forceand effect to and including June 30, 2942 2013, and continue in full force and effect from year toyear thereafter unless canceled or modified as herein provided. Either party to the Agreement maygive written notice to the other of a desire to change, modify or terminate the Agreement at leastsixty (60) days but not more than ninety (90) days prior to June 30, 294Z 2013 or June 30 of anysucceeding year.2201. The Union agrees that in the event that either party should exercise its right under thefirst paragraph of this Section, the Union will for a period of sixty (60) days prior to June 30 of anysuch year, bargain with the Employer with respect to all wage rates, working conditions and hoursof employment for this work herein covered, and the Employer agrees to bargain in the samemanner.
