All packages are estimated for the average number of rooms in a hotel, equaling 120.

WarrantyWhat Thomasville will do

An inspector will come to inspect your furnitureIf defect does exist, and is minimal, we will repair the furnitureif it can not be repaired we will replace the furniture of one of the same or similar, color, design, and quality If the furniture can not be successfully replaced after a reasonable number of times, we will refund your money

A deductible will be taken off of how many years you have owned the furniture before noticing the defect

You will not pay for any shipping and handling during the replacement processes
