Location: Val Gardena (Italy)
Incentive travel for an IT company
The main objective of the client was to give a clear message of
appreciation to its best dealers.
A personalized program has been designed for 30 top managers with sport attitudes. Participants have
been enthusiasts about the combination of sport activities (like riding snow cats), team challenges
to discover local specialties (as Grappa degustation) and local
culture (like tour in Verona to enjoy hidden spots)

Objectives: Enhance the performances of the sales force and share the “best practices”
Location: Aquaworld, (Lombardy, Italy)
Team building for multi levels sellers of an IT company
Over the last few years, the client’s company had annual meetings with the sales agents without involving their sales people. Results from year to year were at the expected business level, or slightly below.
The business part of the event was built in a way to let the management of the company transfer the reality of the industry of their business and to announce operational innovations suggested by dealers’ sales staff after their business game session.
The result was not long in coming: sales force became a team. Management was helped in taking important decisions. At the end of the first semester sales were 18% over the expected gross profit.

Set up of the meeting room according to the needs of this type of event
Exploring the area nearby Helsingør and visiting Kronborg castle by performing formative games made of races, to enhance the team-work. Each game is linked by the character of William Shakespeare and Hamlet.
The level of interaction and involvement by the participants made the final gala dinner be remembered in years.
