The last but not the least is that AFTER ALL

EVERY THING IS FREE OF COST.

This can be related to Expectancy Model OfMotivation

Where it is very clear that we expect to achieve certain

things from our job. And here Valence is preference of

individual for a particular outcome .Thus when a

person desires a particular outcome the value of

Valence (V) is positive .And here student is Expecting

certain things to happen and he is quite sure that he will

be getting rewards and also will learn some of the basic

concepts of team effort by working together

Expectancy theory contends that people will

choose to behave in the present in such a way

that will realize valuable outcomes in the future.

The theory argues that the strength of atendency to act in a certain way depends on the

strength of an expectation that the act will be

followed by a given outcome and on the

attractiveness of that outcome to the individual.

In more practical terms, expectancy theory says

that an employee will be motivated to exert a

high level of effort when he/she believes thateffort will lead to a good performance. appraisal

and, that in turn, will lead to organisational.

rewards such as a bonus, salary increase or a

    employees personal goals.
