• AIESEC in Hyderabad 2012 had MiM as an individual portfolio where Q4 2012 had a TL IM

• AIESEC in Hyderabad CIM began the year 2013 without a membership

• CIM in AIESEC in Hyderabad has ended the year 2013 with a membership of 26.

• 10 of the CIM members have gone onto hold Executive Board positions in 2014.– This helped solve problems

regarding job roles faced in 2013

• These booklets were sent along with specialised newsletters

iGCDP - Matching

• http://www.tinyurl.com/AIESECHYDICX• This wiki was created for the ICX

programs• They were used as support tools

for iGCDP in May, which were known for AIESEC in Hyderabad getting 101 matches that month,

• The wiki also consisted of all reception content which helped deliver quality exchanges at an NPS of 25 at 30%

iGCDP - Raising

• YouTube was used for showcasing iGCDP Projects in the Network.

• These helped contribute Rs.70,000/- and drove the first financially sustainable iGCDP Project of 2013

Alumni Relations

• Alumni Newsletters were sent to all recent Alumni.

• These helped us engage them and they were a part of both of our Local Congresses.

• Satish Shah – VP F 1994- helped deliver a session at August Lcong 2013

• Himanshu Charan – MCVP 2011, Ashwath Vyas – VP OGX 2009 and Vijay A. – VP DT 2009 were invited to December LCong.

• A Customer Experience Management Team was brought in to help rectify Quality Issues and to help engage various stakeholders

• oGCDP– 23 Raises in Q4– NPS in Q3 (sans CEM Team) – 38

with 36% response rate– NPS in Q4 (with CEM Team) – 49

with 43% response rate

• iGIP– 5 Re-Raises through CEM Team

in Q4 (of 28)
