Most koalas are very fuzzy and they have white on their belly and gray on their back. o All koalas are mammals. They are also all vertebrates (they have backbones) that help them climb trees. They all live in Eastern Australia. They also sleep in trees. They can grow up to 60-85cm which is also 2- 3ft. The unique thing is that before eating a leaf the Koala identifies the type of leaf with its sense of smell. They only eat the poisonous leaves of the Eucalyptus tree. One interesting fact about the Koala is that the baby clings on to the mothers back while climbing. The other interesting fact is that they are marsupials. This tree is the one that koalas eat there leaves from. They also sleep in the trees. Last night when I woke up I came down from my tree to get food. Then asked myself why am I down here when my food is up there? The reason for that is because I eat leaves that make me nocturnal. So I climbed back up my tree and ate my food. When I got full I went back to sleep.
