    2.New Campers Campers enrolling in Camp Sunshine mustcall the at (718) 882-4000 ext. 207 and arrange an interview.

    3. Camp fees are not refundable except as follows:

    (a) Before May 1 all camp fees are refundable except for a $25service fee.

    (B) From May 2 to 31, there wil l be a service charge of $50per camper.

    (c) All fees are due in full plus membership and registraon byJune 1. No refunds aer this date.

    4.There is a 10% discount for each addional sibling in afamily aending the camp.

    5.Change of Sessions While we will aempt to makechanges in sessions, there is a $25 fee for this serviceaer camp begins in addion to the balance or dierencein the new season price. We wil l aempt to honor yourrequest based upon availability. A move from a full sessionto half session or half session to 2 wee k session may onlybe honored based on availability and will include a servicecharge of $50.

    6.Registraon A camp registraon is a reservaon for theagreed period. There is no pro-rang or refunds for misseddays for any reason. This includes days missed as a result of amissing medical form or delayed payment. Keep in mind thereare no refunds for summer school.

    7. The Center reserves the right to remove a child from camp.In this case a pro-rated refund will be made with a deduconfor administrave expenses. In case a child is suspendedfrom a parcular acvity, or trip, there will be no refund.Suspensions are made in the case of extreme behavioralissues and imposed on the next day of camp regardless ofchildcare issues.

    8.Emergency Procedures Aempts will be made to call theparent rst, then, we will call authories.

    9.Transportaon is included in the fee. There are centralizedpick-up points. We do not have door-to-door pick-up service.At the end of the bus run, all campers who have not beenpicked up will be returned to the Camp oce and a latefee will be assessed. Teen Adventure and Sunshine/ Teenscampers will be dropped o at their assigned stop and willnot be brought back to the oce.

    10.Those campers who use the center for evening drop omust be picked up before 6:00PM. Aer this me, a late feewill be assessed.

    11.Personal Property The Center is not respondamage or loss of property. There is no need for video games or individual music devices at camp

    12.A limited number of scholarships are availablbasis of nancial needs. Scholarship applicaonsthrough the Main Oce, (718) 882-4000. All i nfobe kept condenal. They are only considered wregistered in camp. Full scholarships will not be adeadline for scholarship applicaons is April 12. Sare for full session only.

    14.Groups are formed on the basis of age and nafriendships. All campers will have an opportunitytheir groups at a pre-camp orientaon. We reser
