TRAVEL INTO THE FUTURE — 2014: PARTICIPANTS FEEDBACK

«Business travel in Russia has a confident present, this is

valid for Moscow especially, where more than 38% of all

business trips and about 60% of the turnover of business

tourism in Russia are concentrated. And as for the future,

according to the World Travel & Tourism Council organization,

Russia should be in the top ten countries most visited by

business tourists’ by 2020. It seems to me that this Forum is

very timely, relevant and promising. I like everything - the

participants and speakers, and the organization itself.

Unfortunately, I have not enough time to listen to all the

speakers, but I will certainly watch the video stream. The

Committee is participating in this event for the second year,

so we are considering the need of expanding our support in

future.»

Sergey Shpilko

The Chairman of the Tourism and Hotel Business

Committee in Moscow

«It’s a very interesting kind of events for me, as I’m engaged

in the organization of business trips for our company. I am

visiting the Forum for the second year in a row.

Everything is organized perfectly here: an exchange of

opinions, news & information flow about innovative products. I

think that such product as, for example, the BTA credit cards

for became a novelty for many guests. On the other hand,

experience of our company showed that this product needs to

be used correctly – and it was also discussed openly here at

the Forum».

Evgenia Gulyaeva,

support manager EMS Informational Systems ICS

«It’s a fabulous event! It’s all about sharing the best practice.

It’s about hearing about the problems in one company, what

the solutions are, and then translating it to others. I see the

future of Russian business travel as extremely positive, and

the growing economic prosperity of the country is only going

to put it in the engineering of a Global Business travel

Industry.»

Mark Harris,

Keynote speaker
